Erol Peköz is an Oakland-based singer-songwriter who writes melodic pop songs about love, vulnerability, and the complicated ways people try to understand each other. His songs pair conversational, introspective lyrics with catchy melodies and acoustic guitar, drawing on both classic singer-songwriter traditions and contemporary pop. His recent songs explore the things people have trouble saying to each other—and what can happen when they finally do.

Ken Newman came to songwriting later than many artists, after decades as a guitarist and performer. Based between San Francisco and Zihuatanejo, Mexico, he brings a seasoned perspective to songs that draw from Americana, folk, rock, and touches of flamenco.
